Overview
- ClearView Extreme systems provide our most versatile recording and playback functions for video quality testing
- The Extreme models have multiple interface options in a 3RU form factor while featuring both deskside or rack mounting applications
- All resolutions and frame rates of video may be tested with objective metrics along with a comprehensive set of visual assessment features up to 8K resolutions
- Perceptual & objective video quality metrics include VMAF, MS-SSIM on both DMOS and MS-SSIM scales, NIQE, CAMBI, PSNR, and ΔEITP. The JND metric is an option
- The new HDRMAX extensions for highly accurate HDR video quality analysis are included with the VMAF and MS-SSIM metrics
- ColorVideoVDP is the latest new perceptual quality metric applied in ClearView version 9.7
- Audio performance metrics include aFREQ for quality with separate A/V offset (lip sync) measurement, and aPeak for LKFS full audio program loudness test
- Systems apply four 12G-SDI with one HDMI 2.0 output, with optional 25G IP for ST 2110 media IO, or optional 4 HDMI input interface, or an additional 12G-SDI with HDMI 2.0 output
- Full resolution playback with picture zoom, scroll, and interactive two-sequence comparison view modes with side-by-side, butterfly, A minus B with color addback for complete visual analysis
- Comprehensive media file importer and MPEG network IP stream input decoding/recording
- Dolby® Digital Plus Professional Audio Input Decoder included
- Dolby Vision video format support is an option
