3RU System for multiple HD test using 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs

Overview

• The RTM 3RU system provides multiple interfaces for full transmission delivery testing
• SDI and HDMI interfaces are included for up to four instances of RTM full-reference HD or SD video format tests
• IP interfaces for MPEG stream input testing are included for a mix of SDI, HDMI, and IP stream decoding
• Threshold based recording of source and test inputs for automatic capture of low quality events based on each test type
• Video quality metrics include MS-SSIM on native and DMOS scales and PSNR
• Audio is measured for quality, with A/V offset “lip sync” is measured, and ITU standard loudness is applied
• Control is via RTM desktop GUI, command line API, or REST API
• RTM Manager is also included for full set up and control via web browser
• Test score graphs are generated in RTM Log Grapher and RTM Manager during testing
• Included 2RU rack ears provide either a portable, deskside, or rackmount application
